Have you been to Walgreens lately? If you like deals on makeup, cosmetics, and beauty items, it may be worth your time to hit a local store or two (or few!)
Reader Mark and his wife emailed some photos of what they found at several Schaumburg and Hanover Park, Illinois-area Walgreens stores — they found lots of deals!
Many Revlon lipsticks, lip crayons, and lip stains are marked down to .94 each. They are also currently Buy One Get One 50% off, making the second one just .47! The 1/6 SS3 has a $2 coupon that will make these free.
They found many cosmetics and grooming tools on sale:
- .79 Studio 35 nail clippers
- .42 Walgreens 170ct. pointed tip cotton swabs
- .52 Walgreens 200ct. plastic cotton swabs
- .86 Studio 35 60ct. exfoliating cotton squares
- .97 Walgreens nail scissors
Of course, after seeing the great things they found, I headed out too! I went to both Huntley stores today, and while I did not find as many deals on the cotton swabs and squares, I did find makeup tools and cosmetics on sale at my stores.
I bought some of these Revlon Lip Crayons, and indeed, the first rings up .94 and the second rings up .47! (Don’t forget your coupons!
There are many Wet & Wild cosmetics on clearance too, and the new 1/13 SS has $1 and .50 coupons for these too that will make these very cheap.
I also spotted a bunch fo Cover Girl Lipcolor Duos for $2.69 — the 1/6 SS1 has a $2 coupon, and here’s a $1 printable too.
No coupons current for these, but some Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear nail polishes are marked down to $1.49.
Check out this display of Jordana and Sinful Colors nail polishes! While most of them are picked over, you may find better luck at your store — many are just .19!
While I didn’t find any cotton swabs or squares on clearance at my local stores, I did find some deals on cosmetic tools. I grabbed these eyeshadow applicators for .19 each.
I also found these compact powder puffs for .34.
If you go to Walgreens today, Saturday 1/12, the free-after-Register-Rewards deal on Black Forest and Trolli Gummy candies is still going too. Buy a bag for $1.99, get $1.99 back in Register Rewards, and then use the RRs to buy your bargain cosmetics! Why not get a free bag of candy or two with your other deals?
