You know the Challenge Butter Qs we printed off at Jewel website that said redeemable @ Jewel? Does Meijer’s policy allows us to use them at their store?
I presume no because it isn’t a store brand but had to ask.

So last week I tried using a couple Target Qs (including the B2G1 Kraft cheese) under Meijer’s competitor store coupon policy, knowing that YMMV. I decided to check with customer service BEFORE shopping, so there would be no surprises or hold ups.
The service rep told me that they can’t accept any “store coupons”, it MUST say “manufacturer coupon” on it. I politely tried to point out that the whole point of the “competitor store coupon” was that it wasn’t a manufacturer coupon… she checked with her manager, who backed what she originally said. Manufacturer coupons only. I tried asking how this would be considered a “competitor store coupon” if it was a MQ, but decided not to pursue it any further. I thanked her for her time and did my shopping! I just found it interesting!

Wasted time with an employee last week calling other stores to identify which men’s briefs are 5.99 and who has them.
St Charles, south elgin, and algonquin did not show any men’s briefs for 5.99
I think they made a mistake on their ad.
