Getting pretty good at figuring out the stacking and CVS and Wags deals (thank you Jill!!!), but still a bit fuzzy on Catalinas.
On the Kellogg’s cereal deal – if I was to do two separate transactions with at least 2 boxes on each, should I get a Catalina on each one?

Jill,
I was told that a competitor store coupon can be used at Meijer, but not with a manufacturer coupon on the same product. I mentioned that if the idea is to match the other store, where I can use both, than that doesn’t make sense. She agreed and said it was a policy change. Just FYI, and this was the St. Charles Meijer.

Shopped at the Bolingbrook/Boughton Rd. Meijer this afternoon. Not only did they tell me they couldn’t take both a store coupon and a mfr. coupon on the same item, they tried to tell me they didn’t take Target coupons AT ALL.
I asked the cashier to call a manager, and when I politely showed the manager the copy of the coupon policy from their own website, then the story was they couldn’t take it because it was a WEB COUPON, they thought it had to be used on Target’s website. I pointed out where it said on the coupon that it had to be used IN STORE ONLY, and also that it was for margarine, which I didn’t think could be ordered online. Then she said they couldn’t take it because it’s an internet printed coupon.
At that point, I’d had enough and very nicely said that if they weren’t going to take the coupon, I didn’t want the spread, and that I would like to get her name so I could let corporate know who I had been dealing with when I called. She decided to call someone else (no idea who), and apparently that person told her that yes, she was supposed to override the register and take it.
But on a more positive note, a delightfully nice young man went in back and got me more Rice Krispies, since there were only two on the shelf. Got my 6 boxes and 2 Cats. :)

I didn’t realize until I was at the store that the printed q’s were for 16 oz. and it’s the smaller size that are on sale this week
:(

At Meijer check for clearance Snapware (not all kinds) and use that $2/1 Q from 1/5 that exp. 3/31.
Bloomingdale Meijer was all out though, but I saw the tags there. I wish I checked while they still had them in stock.
