(How’s that for an alliteration-filled title?)
I went to the Algonquin Meijer today to do some deals and check prices that I wasn’t able to get over the weekend for you.
First, Meijer Mperks has a bunch of new ecoupons that may interest you when you see what the corresponding products are priced at. Head over to load ecoupons for:
- $2 off any Meijer bath tissue: Meijer 6-double-roll bath tissue is $3.99 = $1.99 after ecoupon. (That’s .33 per double roll, a very good price.)
- .50 off any Meijer Napkins: Meijer Basic 250ct. napkins are $1.69 = $1.19 after ecoupon.
- $2 off any Purina One Beyond cat or dog food. Small boxes of cat food are $2.79 – .79 after ecoupon. (Algonquin had no small boxes in stock today though.)
Also, if you’re doing the Meijer Organics and Naturals Catalina, I’ve got some prices for you…
(Through 10/13/12, Buy 3 Meijer Naturals or Organics, Get $1 Catalina; Buy 4 Meijer Naturals or Organics, Get $2 Catalina; Buy 5 Meijer Naturals or Organics, Get $3 Catalina for your next Meijer Organics purchase)
- Cans of Meijer Naturals tomato sauce (8oz.) are .42 each. Buy 5 for $2.10 and get a $3 Catalina!
- Cans of Meijer Naturals tomato paste (6oz.) are .50 each. Buy 5 for $2.50 and get a $3 Catalina!
Hello, little-cans moneymaker! - Cans of Meijer Naturals tomatoes (14.5oz.) are .79 each. Buy 5 for $3.95 and get a $3 Catalina! That’s just .19 per can.
- Cans of Meijer Naturals tomato sauce (15oz.) are .80 each. Buy 5 for $4 and get a $3 Catalina! That’s just .20 per can.
- Cans of Meijer Naturals black beans and refried beans (15oz.) are $1.09 each. Buy 5 for $5.45 and get a $3 Catalina. That’s .49 per can.
Note that the Catalina you get is good off your NEXT Meijer Organics or Naturals purchase, and you can only do one round of five items per transaction. The Catalina states that it does NOT roll (you cannot use it to buy more Meijer Naturals, as it will prevent the next one from printing) and you can only redeem one Catalina per transaction. As we buy organic milk, I will hold onto the Catalina and use it for buying milk… in a future transaction in which I am not doing another little-cans deal.
I also bought six of the Danimals Crunchers yogurts ($1.14 each after the.75 coupon from the 8/26 SS or a printable) and was surprised when a Catalina printed for 200 Labels for Education. Nice!
Also… before grocery shopping, I bought a $25 Meijer gift card and a FREE pair of $10 Falls Creek boys’ jeans for my son. I went right back and used that gift card to buy my groceries… and had a very nice day of deals at Meijer. (You don’t even pay tax on the jeans as it comes off as a store coupon – I paid an even $25.00 for the card and the jeans!)
Happy shopping!

The Meijer that opened up awhile back near me doesn’t have clothing, I sure wish it did though!
