I headed to Meijer today to pair the 5% grocery discount with the food deals I wanted this week, and these sales + coupons + 5% netted:

• .22 McCormick Mexican seasonings
• .42 Chi-Chi’s tortillas and salsa
• .59 Sweet Baby Ray’s sauces
• .62 Pringles
• $2.57 Farmland bacon

I also found some more great clearance buys! Signage in the store advertising 25% off the lowest clearance clothing prices continues, and this stacks with the Mperks 25% off AND 15% off offers too. Pairing the clearance clothing Mperks offers with what I found on sale, I picked up:

– A pair of Union Bay jeans marked down to $7.00! The way all of the percentages-off combine together, it dropped them to $3.35!

– Another pair of jeans that was marked down to $19.60. After all percentages off, I paid $9.37!

– Two sports bras that were both on clearance for $2.99. With the percentages off plus the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Mperks offer on these, I paid $1.42 for both!

– Two double-sleeve polo shirts for my son. Marked down to $3.50 each, after all discounts, they were $1.68 each!

The 50% off clearance toys and outdoor gear continues, and our Algonquin, Illinois Meijer had different and additional items marked down versus what I saw here on Monday. I bought:

– Two Intex inflatable reclining chairs that convert to twin airbeds. These were originally $39.99 each! Marked down to $11.99, I paid $5.39 per chair!

And, these are going to go great with our inflatable couch and inflatable checkerboard end table next camping season. Really. You thought we were “living large” in our tent before? Picture this, now with more reclining, air-cushioned comfort..!
