Edgewater Produce (across the street from Jewel at Clark and Catalpa) has golden delicious apples on sale for $.69/lb. I have tons of fresh fruit right now so I didn’t want to over do it. But I purchased 1 apple for $.42 and submitted for the $.25 back from Checkout 51. This is a really good price, as Jewel across the street had golden delicious apples for $1.59 and I don’t think I saw any varieties of apples cheaper than that.
