New clearance items I found at Jewel tonight

When I stopped in to Jewel-Osco tonight to pick up some 4th of July grillables, I spotted a bunch of items on clearance! It looks like Jewel may be dropping more SKUs and items with the new owner taking over. Here are some deals I spotted, and while clearances can vary by store, if my store (Huntley) is clearing these out, you may find similar items on clearance at your store. At any rate, here are some deals to look for…

Single rolls of Bounty Duratowel are .64 each! (As if we didn’t have enough DuraTowels, right?) We’ll have a .25 coupon in the upcoming 7/7 PG that will knock these down to a cool .39 per roll.

These 8-packs of Essential Everyday paper towels are $2.99 – that’s about .37 per roll.

Two 18 double-roll packs of Quilted Northern Ultra Plush were not marked but were stacked on the clearance rack. I scanned these and they were on clearance for $4.49. With the .45 coupon from the 6/30 RP, just $4.04. That works out to .22 per double roll, a fantastic price! (Sorry, Huntley shoppers – I picked both of these up. That’s a steal!)

These cans of RedGold tomatoes with chiles are .44.

Boxes of Betty Crocker Mac & Cheese are .49.

And, while I’m sure no one is sad to see the Shoppers Value line disappearing from the stores, my husband loves unsalted pretzels. And at .49 per bag, how bad could they be? We’ll find out.
