Click to load these to your loyalty cards!
SavingStar works in a similar way to ecoupons you might already be using. Simply visit their site, create a free account and attach your loyalty cards to that account. Then, click the ecoupons that you wish to load. These one-time ecoupons are available to use on any card that you’ve attached to your account.
Then, instead of the ecoupons coming off at the register, they’re deposited into your SavingStar account. When your account reaches a balance of $5 or more, you can “cash it out” in the form of a direct bank deposit, a Paypal deposit, or an Amazon gift card! You can also choose to donate your ecoupon balance to American Forests to help plant trees.
Here’s how it works:

jill, i finally decided to use the savings star and loaded coupons onto my account. i have a couple of questions. the only stores i am able to register my cards with are jewel and cvs. i dont use peapod. so doms or wags or the other stores you blog about dont participate ? and i didnt realize it but i signed up for SS last year and had my jewel prefered card on already. today i thought i should register the number on my new jewel card. it wouldnt let me. it says that card is already registered. i basically have the same number save for two zeroes on the end of the old one. so i am reading the posts here from july and just so i am clear if i use the old card i will get the SS savings but not the gas rewards? if i use the new card i will get the gas rewards but not the SS savings? it looks to me like i will benifit more from using the old card when i have SS items in my order.
