My syndicated Super-Couponing Tips column for the week is entitled “All that glitters isn’t good.”
Here’s an excerpt:
“Glitter is the new word for glitch, and glittering is the new term for glitching. It’s the same old game with a new term to disguise what it actually is – coupon fraud. No matter how great the deals may seem, is it worth getting arrested for coupon fraud over a bottle of iced tea or a snack bar?”

I just wanted to point out that there is a difference between this and valid legitimate uses.
For example, I recently printed a B2G1 coupon that clearly states that it is good for any variety Nabisco product, 3.5oz or larger. The picture shows 6 examples, including Triscuit, Wheat Thins, Ritz, and Oreo, but it’s perfectly legitimate to use it on ANY other Nabisco product, as long as it/s 3.5oz or greater.
For example it doesn’t show Chips Ahoy or Graham crackers, perfectly legitimate purchases.

Please take several seats and get off your soap box, your not the one to be talking about glitter/glitches anything!! You may have your loyal followers fooled but we all know, that know better, what that show is about.

No, I never appeared on Extreme Couponing — I have been one of the show’s most vocal critics since its inception:

As far as this being my “soapbox” — I’m a syndicated columnist. Writing about coupons has been my niche for the past eight years. My column appears in more than 150 newspapers nationally every week. Writing about couponing and saving money IS my “day job.” Why would I stop writing about a topic I’m passionate about?
