Good column. I can appreciate and relate to all of these concerns, but the trend is to more retailer targeted eCoupons and less paper coupons. Restrictions are likely to continue to become more onerous with both types of coupons. All we can do is adapt and use what is available. One potential tool might be to take screen shots of the coupons that were loaded to your account and save them on your phone so if one doesn’t apply there is something to show at customer service.
