Is it possible that she’s getting all of these freebies to try to get her to return to that store…”

The store offering the extra goodies to the absent shopper was likely hoping its loyal shoppers weren’t aware of these offers. I’ve yet to see enticements quite as good as this store is offering to lure people back. Hope the daughter can take advantage of the deals somehow.
