  82. We just decided to have tacos for dinner tonight before I read this post. It’s my oldest sons favorite meal. He would eat them every night of the week if I let him. Yummy tacos. Gotta love ’em!

  83. We have a couple nights a week that have certain “themes”; Tues is pasta, and Thurs is Mexican. When the kids find out it’s Mexican night, they often ask for “regular” Mexican. When asked what that means, the answer is TACOS! Nachos are another frequent request. Stunning that they don’t want my enchilada casserole more often… Ah, well.
