All of my children are back in school now, including our daughter, who’s begun her second year of college. If your child is off to school, why not put together a College Survival Kit care package for him or her? There are so many personal care, cleaning, and snack products that are easy to pack and ship, and will also be fun for a dorm or apartment dweller to receive! Here are some ideas:

The first college care package I sent this year was to a family friend who moved to Florida to take part in the Disney College Program. She was elated to get a big box of things she needed (and a few fun surprises too.) Having a selection of often-used products takes some of the pressure off college students to run to the store every time they run out of one of these essentials — especially in the case of personal care items! Depending on where your students are living, they may not have a supermarket or drugstore in close proximity to their residence.
