they said if you used a coupon, you would not get back the RR. Even the mgr. told me I was wrong and this is how it works now. I know it should have nothing to do w/ using a coupon (since a coupon is in essence cash payment) but I also wonder if others are buying more items in the transaction beside the MM? I may try buying a few things with the Starbucks to see if this triggers the RR.

The manager is wrong. The coupon has nothing to do with the RR. If you don’t get the RR, contact Catalina and request they send one to you. I bought 4 Refreshers today in 4 separate transactions and used 4 $1 coupons. I received a RR each time.
