So I have to tell you that the Star Wars soup made for very interesting dinner conversation this evening. Besides the race to decipher the characters and bouts of jiggles, we had the usual outbreak of Chewbacca noises. And after all that my hubby and kids said to me ” Mom, you just can’t beat chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese for dinner.” and so went my guilt for rushing home from shopping to ONLY give them soup and grilled cheese.

Ha! For what it’s worth, we do “soup and grilled cheese” night about once a week over here in the cooler months. Nothing wrong with that! And, you could also remind your family that bargain dinners like these free up more money for fun family activities and events down the road… :)
