Elmer single glue sticks are .10 at Wal-Mart… or you could get the 2-pk for .50. Not sure why anyone would pay the extra $, but that’s how the Johnsburg store has them marked.
Just a few more things to get… my kids start next week!

Their add has Sharpie and Expo 4 packs are buy 2 get 1 free – mix and match. At the Aurora store, there were coupons on the display for $5 off purchase of 3 Sharpie/Expo products. I saw that 4 pk Expo dry erase are a little over $5. So this would make a good price on these items.

is that the ‘awesome’ deals that some of the office supply stores put in their ads are only good for a couple of days instead of an entire week like the rest of the ad, fyi. Just a head’s up if you are a ‘later-in-the-week’ shopper. HTH!

Our school gives exact brands it wants on things. They also strongly encourage us to buy the ready assembled pack of school supplies from some company, because “it’s better if they are all exactly the same”. Does anybody else have this situation? I’m wondering if they’d really complain if I bought Staples glue sticks instead of Elmers??
