Our family loves cheese-and-cracker nights — we’ll set up a little buffet with different kinds of crackers, cheeses, spreadable salami, salsa, veggies – you name it! In our house, cheese-and-cracker snacktime is usually paired with family board game night or movie night. Everyone can mix up their favorite cracker toppings or create little snacks to munch on throughout the night. Our kids have come to associate snack times with family fun and memories — and really, doesn’t food make any family activity even more memorable?

Jewel shared this recipe for a tropical-themed RITZwich that gets its flavor and kick from Signature Farms’ Fresh-Made Mango Salsa!
Cream Cheese & Mango Salsa RITZwich
Ingredients:
- RITZ Ultimate Butter crackers
- Signature Farms’ Fresh-Made Mango Salsa
- Cream cheese
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one Ultimate Butter RITZ. Top with a small spoonful of mango salsa. Then, top with a second RITZ and enjoy! As much as I was curious about the combo of the cream cheese and mango, it works — the cream cheese also helps keep the salsa from sliding out.
We also hadn’t tried these Ultimate Butter RITZ prior to this snack, and wow — everyone in the house likes these! They reminded us of the buttery flavor of movie popcorn.
Well, once we were making RITZwiches, we started pulling ingredients out of the fridge and coming up with even more options. The mango salsa-topped creation inspired us to pair other another fruit with the Ultimate Butter RITZ…
Cinnamon Butter & Diced Apple RITZwich
Ingredients:
- RITZ Ultimate Butter crackers
- Cinnamon butter spread
- Apple
Dice one apple into small pieces. Spread a layer of cinnamon butter on two Ultimate Butter RITZ crackers. Top one cracker with a small spoonful of diced apples. Then, top with the second RITZ (butter side down, of course) and enjoy!
