This week’s syndicated Super-Couponing Tips column is entitled “Readers share coupon frustrations.” Here’s an excerpt:
“Dear Jill,
“I’ve been seeing coupons that are oversized — far wider than the norm. These do not fit into my coupon folder, which was made to hold coupons! I have to aggressively trim them or fold them in half to fit. Then at the store, I find myself unfolding, refolding and cramming to fit them back into the proper category. This became so frustrating that I no longer cut out the too-wide coupons. My guess is some ad exec that does not use coupons thinks ‘I’ll make my product’s coupon bigger than the competition’s.’ Equally frustrating are teeny, tiny coupons whose expiration dates need magnification to discern.”
