See what you started? I bet when you posted about planting a garden in the spring you had no idea that you were threatening farmers. And you better not post any cough and cold medication coupons, lest Urgent Care somehow have a drop in patients. And grocery coupons?….listen carefully and you will hear Ronald McDonald weeping. You have no idea how powerful you are! (I kid, I kid. Some people just take things way too seriously!)

Ha! Good point. Where does it end? As I wrote in the column, I doubt that I, Jill, have more influence to get people to use at-home haircolor than the always-advertising presence of aisles and aisles with hundreds of boxes of the stuff in every single grocery and drugstore in the area.
I’m sure I could be accused of putting oil change places or dog groomers out of business as I do both those things at home too..! Hey, I teach people how to be FRUGAL. The more things you do for yourself vs. paying someone else for, the more frugal you can be. It’s not rocket science :) And yes, my garden’s doing great this year — my apologies to any farmers I’ve offended :)
