Newspaper theft is an ongoing problem. Why avid couponers simply don’t purchase additional newspapers is beyond me — paying a few dollars for another copy of the paper to gain potentially hundreds of dollars worth of coupons seems like a reasonable option to me. Unfortunately, not everyone chooses what is reasonable.
