Target Deals of the Week: 4/20/14 – 4/26/14

The West Dundee, Illinois Target location (on Rt. 72 across from Spring Hill Mall) is closing the first week of May. Last week, all consumables (food, vitamins, etc.) were 30% off. That sale continues this week, and now everything other than the Electronics department is ALSO 30% off. (Electronics, DVDs, CDs, books etc. aren’t included.)

I went over on Monday and bought lots of baby and toddler clothes for my nieces – check Cartwheel for 10-25% discounts on many brands of toddler clothing and shoes. I also bought some toys for my sons. Happy bargain hunting!

DEAL I DID: The Up & Up 6 Big Roll (equiv. to 8 regular rolls) paper towels are on sale for $6.49. There is a 5% ecoupon for these on Cartwheel. I went to the West Dundee, IL store, where these are on sale for 30% off ($4.54.) Cartwheel dropped them to $4.31 each. I bought six ($25.86.) With the $10-off-$25, I paid $15.86 for six packages, or $2.64 each. That’s about .44 per big roll (like paying .33 per regular roll.) 

Remember if you have the Target Red Card (credit or debit), you’ll save 5% every day at Target with it. Bring reusable bags and save .05 for each bag used.
