My deals writeups reference “IVC” coupons. These are found in the monthly Instant Value Coupon books found at the front of the Walgreens store on the flyer racks.

Note: We are not expected to have coupon inserts this Easter Sunday, 4/20. So, I’m posting the Walgreens deals early to give you more time to plan your shopping trips for next week.

Walgreens Register Rewards Deals

You cannot use Register Rewards to pay for items made by the same manufacturer. This will prevent the next set of Register Rewards from printing.
Example: I have a $1 Register Reward that I received buying Colgate. If I use it to buy more Colgate, the register will not generate another reward, as the first Colgate reward prevents it from printing. Now, if I used a Crest Reward to buy Colgate, the Colgate Reward would print. I could then use that to buy Crest, and so on.

You can receive multiple Register Rewards in the same transaction, provided they are separate offers. I can buy a box of cereal that generates a Register Reward, a tube of toothpaste that generates a Register Reward, and a bottle of shampoo that generates a Register Reward — all in the same transaction — as long as they are different offers in the same ad.

The ad shows Dual Blast, but if Scope Outlast is also included, you could do the same deal with these coupons:

  2. Pampers wipes are on sale for $2 at Walgreens this week. They usually retail at $4.29. I had some coupons out of Pampers diaper boxes that I used to bring them down more, but $2 is still pretty good! Maybe Jill knows of some P&G coupons out there to make them cheaper!

  3. I got a $2 RR for buying 2 – 6 pk of Scott paper towels from Walgreens. I got a $3 RR when I had bought 4 – 6 pk of Scott paper towels from Walgreens before that this week.
