Jill,
I know you didn’t mention the Spam that’s on sale at Walgreens — but Spam is on sale this week at 2/$5. Coupon Tom is reporting a $1/2Q in the 5/5 SS to bring the price to 2/$4, but that coupon isn’t in the Tribune. It must be a regional coupon.

Last night at Wags I bought two Advil liqui-gels (40 ct.) and one small package of Trident (for a filler). The Advil was on sale for $4.99 and the gum was $.50. I had two $1.00 off MQ which I printed from the Advil website and I had an $8 RR. I received 3000 bonus reward points for buying two Advil. The cashier scanned the first Advil MQ without a problem. The second one wouldn’t work. She looked at the MQ, gave it back to me and said, “it’s one per purchase.” I felt embarrassed and there was a line of people behind me so I just agreed, paid and left.
When I got out to the car, I looked at the fine print. It said one per purchase, but it also said, up to four like coupons in one transaction. Now I wonder why the coupon wouldn’t work. Was it because the value of the third coupon exceeded the value of both Advil combined by 2 cents? $4.99 x 2 = 9.98 – 8 RR – 2 MQ = (.02). Should I go back to the store or did I mess up? Thanks!

If the Garnier price is 2/$7 then when you buy four isn’t that only $14? Does that still qualify for the $15/2500?
