Why would the pop-tart coupon double?

In addition to the manuf Q. , there is a $1/2 Q in the Walgreens monthly book, making them $1.00 a bag! Great price!

Just FYI, the $1 off Listerine printable is only good for 1L bottles and up (Total Care & UltraClean). The sale is only for the 500mL bottles, so you still get the RR, but can’t use the coupon on it.

Does anyone else have a problem doubling coupons at walgreens? I have went into 2 walgreens and spoke to both managers an they advise me that I cannot use the manufacture coupon on top of the coupon in the IvC coupon book because the IvC are not considered “walgreens” coupons but “manufacture” coupons. And you cannot use 2 manufacture coupons. An example would be this week, the Almay make up products. One coupon from the IvC Coupon book and the other is a manufacturer from the newspaper. They would only accept either or. And their computer/register wouldn’t allow it either.
The other comment I had is they also did not accept the coupon of .75 cent from the 7/7 pg because it didn’t state “quantum”. The computer also wouldn’t allow this.
