If you use Balance Rewards to pay for an item that generates more Balance Rewards to your Walgreens loyalty card, the second set of Balance Rewards will not accrue. Paying with points prevents more points from being loaded. Save your points and spend them on non-Balance Rewards items.

The ad says that the prices are $3 off, so plan on prices around $6.79-$5.99 for the least expensive items here. Buy two and get 4000 Balance Rewards points.

You will only receive one Register Reward per offer per transaction.
