.99 Brut or Sure

Brut and Sure 2-2.7oz. deodorants are $1.99. Use the $1 coupon from the 3/22 SS and pay .99. (Better deal at CVS this week though!)

$1.33 Hershey’s and Cadbury Easter candy

7.1-10oz. Hershey’s and Cadbury Easter candies are 2-for-$5. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 from the IVC book. The 3/22 SS has a $2-off-3 to stack. You could buy 6 and use two $2-off-3 coupons. The IVC coupon will come off twice. Pay $8 for 6, or $1.33 per bag — good price if you have lots of Easter Eggs to fill!

$1.50 Alka-Seltzer and $2.75 Tums antacids

Tums 32-150ct. and Alka-Seltzer 24-36ct. are 2-for-$8. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 from the IVC book. For Tums, buy two and stack it with the $1.50-off-2 from the 1/25 RP1. Pay $5.50 for two, or $2.75 each. For Alka-Seltzer, buy two and use two $2 coupons from the 3/15 SS. Pay $3 for two, or $1.50 each!

$1.50 M&Ms

9.9-12.6oz. M&Ms are 2-for-$5. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 from the IVC book. Stack it with the $1-off-2 from the 3/22 RP or 3/8 RP. Pay $3 for two, or $1.50 each.

$1.69 Dole fruit bowls

4ct. Dole fruit bowls are $1.99. Buy two and use the .60-off-2 from the 1/4 SS2 to drop these to $1.69 each.

Walgreens Balance Rewards Deals

Notes on Balance Rewards

If you use Balance Rewards to pay for an item that generates more Balance Rewards to your Walgreens loyalty card, the second set of Balance Rewards will not accrue. Paying with points prevents more points from being loaded. Save your points and spend them on non-Balance Rewards items.

.99 Paas Easter Egg coloring kit

Paas Easter Egg coloring kit is $1.99. Buy it and get 1000 Balance Rewards points ($1.) This drops the price to .99.

$15.49 Well Beginnings value pack diapers

60-96ct. Well Beginnings value pack diapers are $17.99. Buy one and get 1000 Balance Rewards points. Use this $1.50 printable. Pay $16.49 and get 1000 points ($1) back, making these $15.49. If the training pants are included too, use this $1.50 printable for those.

Walgreens Register Rewards Deals

Notes on Register Rewards

You will only receive one Register Reward per offer per transaction. Example: A name-brand box of cereal generates a $1 Register Reward. Buying three identical boxes will not generate three $1 rewards.

You cannot use Register Rewards to pay for items made by the same manufacturer. This will prevent the next set of Register Rewards from printing. Example: I have a $1 Register Reward that I received buying Colgate. If I use it to buy more Colgate, the register will not generate another reward, as the first Colgate reward prevents it from printing. Now, if I used a Crest Reward to buy Colgate, the Colgate Reward would print. I could then use that to buy Crest, and so on.

You can receive multiple Register Rewards in the same transaction, provided they are separate offers. I can buy a box of cereal that generates a Register Reward, a tube of toothpaste that generates a Register Reward, and a bottle of shampoo that generates a Register Reward — all in the same transaction — as long as they are different offers in the same ad.

FREE + moneymaker Colgate toothpaste

This is a moneymaker deal, so why not to it this week.

If Colgate isn’t for you, there are many household uses for toothpaste (from the Consumerist) including:

Carpet Stains

Squeeze toothpaste onto the stain, scrub with a toothbrush, rinse and repeat until the stain is gone. Not much different than brushing your teeth, is it?

Crayon on Painted Walls

Children, crayons and walls are natural attractants. But no worries. Just gently rub a damp cloth and some toothpaste on your little-one’s artwork. Rinse with a clean, wet cloth and dry.

Coffee Table Water Rings

This is an oldie but goody: Simply rub some toothpaste into the irritating ring with a soft cloth and wipe dry with a clean, damp cloth.

Headlights

The dings and scratches sustained by headlight glass defuses the light and makes it harder to see. Eliminate this haze by thoroughly cleaning the headlight, then rubbing in a glob of toothpaste. Follow up with a good buffing to even out the glass, either by hand or with the buffer on an electric drill.
