Walmart released a new 8/18 ad that runs through 8/24. This ad overlaps the current ad, which is valid through 8/20! I am keeping all of the through-8/20 deals in this writeup and adding the new deals with asterisks.

Deals without asterisks run through 8/20 only, unless there is a different end date in the deal writeup itself.

FREE Bic razors

Multipacks of Bic disposable razors are $2.97 at my Walmart. Use the $3 coupon from the 8/11 SS and get them FREE! Through 9/15.

FREE Gillette shave gel

7oz. cans of Gillette shave gel are $1.98, and 7oz. cans of Gillette Foamy shave gel are $1.72 each at my store (Huntley, IL.) Buy three and use the $6-off-3 from the 8/11 RP and get THREE free with overage!

The same 8/11 RP insert also has a $3-off-2 coupon and a $1 coupon for more shave gel/cream at .22-.98 each, depending on coupon. Through 9/30.

.47 Ivory soap 3-packs

I spotted 3-packs of Ivory bar soap at an everyday price of .97 at my Walmart. Use the .50 coupon from the 7/28 PG and pay .47. Through 8/31.

4.5-8.5oz. Michelina’s meals are .94. Buy five and use this $1 off 5 printable to drop these to .74 each.

* .85 Hunt’s Snack Pack pudding

4ct. Hunt’s Snack Pack puddings are $1. Buy three and use the .45-off-3 to drop these to .85 each!

.86 Chef Boyardee mini ravioli

15oz. cans of Chef Boyardee mini ravioli are .98 each. Buy four and use the .50-off-4 from the 8/4 SS. You’ll pay $3.42 for four, or about .86 each.

$1.08 Easy Access adhesive bandages

At my Walmart, Easy Access adhesive bandages are $2.97. Use this .$1.10 printable and pay $1.08!

$1.13 Kool-Aid Jammers

10ct. Kool-Aid Jammers pouches are $1.88. Drop these to $1.13 with the .75 ecoupon offer from Ibotta!

32oz. Welch’s concord grape jelly is $1.78. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 from the 7/28 RP1 to drop the price to $1.28 each! (BIG jar too!)

3M Command hooks (2ct.) are $2.94. Use the .75 coupon from the 8/4 SS and pay $2.19.

$2.23 Red Baron Singles

10.8-11.2. Red Baron French Bread singles or Deep Dish 2-packs are $2.98. Use this .75 printable and pay $2.23!

$3.47 Kleenex 4-packs and $5.37 3-packs

4-packs of Kleenex 85ct. boxes are $3.47 each. Use the .50 coupon from the 8/11 SS and pay $2.97! This drops these to about .74 per box.

3-packs of Kleenex 210ct. boxes are $5.87 each. Use the .50 coupon from the 8/11 SS and pay $5.37. This drops these to $1.79 per box, but they’re also more than double the size of the 85-sheeters.

$3.48 Quaker Chewy granola bars

22-count (big!) boxes of Quaker Chewy granola bars are $3.98. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 from the 8/4 RP1 to drop these to $3.48. This is “about” like getting a 10ct. box for $1.74, but you’d get 11 bars for that instead of ten.

I found a $3 off any Biore cleanser coupon on the 8/11 SS. Can I use it on the cleansing strips? Technically it is a cleanser, but just wanted to double check before I try and use it. If so, Walmart has the 8ct for $3.87 online. So just $.87!

Went to the Elgin Walmart tonight and bought four packages of Go-gurt as it is regularly priced at $1.98. I had four IP $.75 coupons–two scanned fine and two did not. I was at a self checkout register so the cashier overseeing the area told me to go to CS to get help. So I paid and went to CS. At first the clerk told me she would have to return some of the items and then re-ring them, then scan the coupons. She inspected the coupons and asked why two were in color and two were in black ink. She said the two black ones could be photocopies. I assured her I don’t used coupons fraudulently. I forgot to point out the unique codes, but that wouldn’t have mattered. The manager came over and said they won’t accept coupons that don’t scan. Period. WHAT?

I also bought Ovaltine and tried to use a regular manufacturer coupon for $2 that came with a sample that was mailed to me. It wouldn’t scan either.

Needless to say, I refused to buy two of the yogurt and the Ovaline and got my money back. The clerk tried to scan my receipt to process the return and even the receipt wouldn’t scan. Hmmm…scanner problems at Walmart?

Sheesh! Has this coupon refusal happened to anyone else?

Just looked at their coupon policy. The coupon must have a “scannable bar code”. I guess I won’t be going to Walmart with my “print-at-home coupons” any more.

The Easy Access bandages will actually be $1.87 after the $1.10 coupon, I think the $1.08 is a typo. :)

I went to Walmart in Naperville (since I was in the area) to use my Ivory soap coupons to find out that the 3 bar Ivory is $1.24 and not .97. On my way home I stopped at the North Aurora Walmart to find them at $1.24 also. So with the coupon they are.74. Did they wisen up and upped the price?

My Walmart not a Super one had Georgia Pacific Copy Paper(500 sheets) for 2.97 used the Georgia Pacific 0.50 coupon from7/28 R1 for a final cost of 2.47 not bad and it has 500 sheets not 400 like many.

I prefer to go to Staples for their FREE after rebate reams of paper. If you are a Staples Rewards member, they will often send you more coupons for free white copy paper, colored paper, and photo paper. I’ve never paid for any of that. Definitely can’t beat their deals there.
