I know many kids (mine too!) earned free Magic Waters passes as part of a school reading program this year… but the rest of us have been waiting for a deal on passes so that we can join them at a good price! Magic Waters’ admission is normally $23.99 per person, so this is a great two-for-the-price-of-one deal! One caveat: You must use the Groupon by August 19th, 2012. Looking for a different kind of water play day? Batavia’s Quarry Beach is also on Groupon, but only until Midnight..! I’ve never been here (yet) but I’ve always wanted to take the kids. It’s a water park built inside a former rock quarry, with a medieval fortress to dive and slide from. With a zero-depth entry and 60,000 square feet of old-time, sand-bottom swimmin’ hole fun, this looks like an awesome place to swim the day away away too!

Quarry Beach is offering four tickets for $20 – that’s $5 per person. The regular admission is $10 per person, so this is another great half-price deal too! This offer is limit 2 Groupons per person, but you may buy two more as gifts. Quarry Beach closes for the season on August 19th, 2012, but this Groupon is good until August 15th, 2013 — quite a long expiration date! If we don’t get there this season, we’ll look forward to spending some time there next summer.
