Out of curiosity I compared the contents of your box to mine which arrived today. I received 3 items
•
•Jergens Natural Glow daily moisturizer, fair to medium skin tone 2oz.
•
•Caress Mistique Forever body wash 1.8oz.
•
•
•
•Nivea In Shower body lotion .31oz. sample packet plus $1 coupon
•
•
which were identical to yours. In addition:
Aveeno skin relief gentle scent lotion 1 oz.
Pure Silk Raspberry Mist shave cream 2.25 oz.
St. Ives Apricot Scrub 1 oz.
So, my box contained 6 items compared to your 10. I have looked at your pictures of previous box contents and thought my boxes had not been that full, but this was my first ‘head to head’ comparison. I’m wondering if this is similar to Sunday coupon inserts. The bigger the city the bigger the insert. Maybe out here in the rural heartland the same marketing strategy is used by Walmart. I’m satisfied with what I received, but may be a heads up to others.

Kate, I really appreciate you posting this — I had NO idea the boxes were different in different parts of the country. I guess it makes sense, somewhat, from a marketing standpoint, but I had know way of knowing. For what it’s worth, I don’t get a “special” box because I’m a blogger or anything — I pay for the box subscription just like everyone else, and I write about them just because I think they’re a good value, not as part of any sponsored campaigns.
I did have the Silk raspberry shave cream in my winter 2015 box, but I don’t think I’ve had Aveeno since last summer. Very interesting!

Oh, Jill, I had no thought that you were receiving ‘special’ boxes because you’re a blogger. I know absolutely that you would have stated that in your blog if it had been true. Your honesty is a huge reason I follow your blog, I appreciate you!
PS I will post a note what I received in the fall box. Kate

No problem! I do think that perhaps what goes in each box is regional or specific to different parts of the country. Here’s what I got in my fall box: https://jillcataldo.com/whats-inside-the-fall-2016-walmart-beauty-box/
